American Exchange Programmes

If you are going to the USA as part of the Level 5 Exchange then the guide below gives you everything you need to apply and get going!

Deadlines
01st December: Bring Student Services your in date passport to copy
01st December: Bring Student Services a copy of your vaccinations – details within the study abroad guide as to what is required, you should ask your GP for this.
15th March: Hard copy proof of your SFE for the next academic year/proof of funds if you are self-funded.  This has to be done the moment the link is open in early Feb!  Without proof of income you will not be able to receive your official paperwork from the US institution.
15th March: All US university paperwork completed and emailed to me (as applicable).  The US institutions can take some time to organise all your applications and paperwork so if we can hit their deadlines it makes your lives much easier.

All documents required should be sent to the Student Services Officer who deals with the US Exchange.  You can contact Tiffany via email: student@bruford.ac.uk, phone: 0208 308 2623 or you can find her in the ground floor of the coach house.
